Calibre Agency Pte. Ltd. (“Calibre”, “we”, “us”) is a marketing agency registered in Singapore (UEN 202311077Z). This policy explains what information we handle through our website and through the tools we use to manage advertising for our clients, and how we look after it. We handle personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
When you contact us: your name, email address, company and whatever you choose to tell us.
When a client gives us access to their accounts: we connect to those platforms only through their official APIs, and only for accounts the client has authorised. We collect:
We do not collect or store personal information about the people who see our clients’ ads or buy from their stores. Where a platform’s response includes a customer’s details, we don’t store them.
Only to provide our services to the client who authorised the access: reporting on their advertising, preparing and managing their ads at their direction, and checking results against targets they set. We don’t sell any information, we don’t use one client’s data for another client, and we don’t use it to build profiles of individuals.
We use AI tools, including Anthropic’s Claude, to analyse aggregated performance data and draft ad copy. We only use providers whose business terms don’t allow our data to be used to train their models.
Our tools prepare changes to an advertising account in a paused or draft state. A person at Calibre reviews and approves every ad, publication and budget change before it takes effect.
Information is held with established cloud providers, including a database hosted in Sydney, Australia, and our workflow platform. Where data is stored or processed outside Singapore, we make sure it is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA. Account access tokens are kept in secure credential stores and are never shared. Access is limited to Calibre staff working on the client’s account.
For as long as we work with the client. When an engagement ends, or when a client asks, we stop accessing their accounts and delete their stored data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Clients can remove our access at any time from within each platform: Meta Business Manager, Google Ads account access, Pinterest Business Access, TikTok Business Center, or by uninstalling our app from their Shopify store. Once access is removed, we can no longer read or change anything in that account.
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to us using it. Email our Data Protection Officer at josh@calibreagency.co and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission (pdpc.gov.sg).
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
