More weddings. Not more hours.
Stephanie Steinert built a ten-year destination-wedding business on referrals, and her growth ceiling was her own calendar — every couple’s guest website built by hand. We rebuilt her sales funnel to run itself, then packaged the repeat work into an AI skill that turns a Trello board into a finished guest landing page.
on the new system Live
contracted group block Client contract
on that one wedding Client contract
on that booking Client contract
Room and guest counts come from the client’s signed hotel contracts and represent real booked business; contract values are withheld. This is an automation and infrastructure engagement — paid media was scoped and creative produced, but no campaign has run, so no advertising performance is claimed.
In demand, and doing it all by hand.
A planner with more interest than time — where every additional couple meant another full website built from scratch and another follow-up sequence run manually.
A genuinely successful business whose constraint was throughput, not demand. Each couple received a bespoke guest website, built page by page in WordPress — work Stephanie neither enjoyed nor had time for.
The sales process ran the same way. Consultations, agreements, deposits and reminders were all chased personally, which meant the business could only grow as fast as one person’s week allowed.
Automate the sales process end to end so enquiries convert without being chased, then turn the guest-website build into a repeatable system rather than a bespoke project each time.
One rule made it usable on real clients: no invented details. Every price, date and room category the automation publishes must trace back to a signed contract or the couple’s own board.
Automate the sale, then the delivery.
Trello board in, wedding site out
A packaged skill that reads a couple’s board and produces a complete guest landing page, with a mandatory source check on every figure it publishes.
Sites couples send to guests
Room tiers, pricing tables, travel timelines and FAQs in one place, so guests book the right room without calling the planner to ask.
Pick a look, not a build
Pre-built designs mean a couple chooses a direction and the page is rebranded to suit — turning custom design work into a menu.
Enquiry to deposit, automated
One consultation form routes to the right calendar, nurture runs before the call, and the agreement and deposit links fire automatically after it.
Nothing sits in limbo
A staged follow-up sequence keeps unconverted enquiries moving and closes them out automatically, so the pipeline reflects reality.
Faster site, fully owned
Migrated the website to managed hosting the client owns outright, with the booking path and calendar working properly end to end.
The skill that writes the website.
A board goes in. A finished site comes out.
The work that used to consume days per couple now runs as a system. The automation encodes the page structure, a brand-agnostic design system, the rules for reading a couple’s board, and a set of hard copy standards.
Those standards are what make it safe on a real client. Every price, date and room category must trace to the signed contract or the couple’s own materials, Stephanie is the only point of contact it will ever name, and every call to action routes back to her.
- Input A couple’s Trello board
- Output A finished guest website
- Design Chosen from a set, not built
- Every figure Traced to a signed contract
- Effect More couples, same week
A one-person business that scales like a team.
The bottleneck was never the work. It was that only she could do it.
The sales funnel now runs from first enquiry through to signed agreement and deposit without manual chasing, and the guest-website build is a system rather than a project. Four weddings are running on it, across three destinations.
The paid-social creative is built and waiting on her own photography. Next in scope is a client-facing assistant trained on the funnel, so the same leverage applies to answering couples as to building their pages.
